Eligibility for Returns:
Items can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original
packaging, and with all tags still attached.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

support@keshavyahair.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the
wrong item was sent.
3. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all
items that were originally shipped, along with a copy of your receipt.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to
your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [customer service email/phone number]. We will arrange for a return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
